Step1- Open your YouTube and select the account you want to transfer. 

Step2-Go to settings and there will be a option called" Add or Remove manager". Click on it and you will be redirected to a website. If it is asking for passwords and verification so do it and when done you will see a option "Manage permissions" Click it and on the upper right you will see a icon of inviting anyone.

Step3-click on the icon and enter your another gmail on which you are going to transfer, After that give it the role of Owner. 

Step4-Now go on your Gmail to which you have invited and accept the invitation came from YouTube. 

Step5-Again select your account, "Add or remove manager" and "Manage Permissions". You will see your account added. 

Step6-Go on same page called "Add or remove manager" and click on it. Manage permissions and then tap on your another Gmail's role and you will see a option called as "Primary owner". Click on it and transfer, Now you can see a cross mark on the brand account, Tap it and now the another Gmail will become the owner and your account is successfully transferred. (Note- Only you can make the account primary owner after 1 week of joining means 7 days)
